|How should I do if I forgot the login password for my personal blog?|
|Please search your EN Number from the Personal Blog, input your EN number via Participant Login and click the forget password button. Confirmation email will be resent to the registered email for individual participant and registered email of team leader for team participant.|
|Why is the payment status still in pending after payment?|
|In some cases, we need wait for confirmation from the bank about the payment. Please contact us if the payment status has not been updated one week after registration, please contact us.|
|How should I download the confirmation letter?|
|If you have paid the registration fee and raised the required fundraising amount, you will be eligible to participate and be assigned the EN number (estimated early September). Please login the Personal blog and click on your EN number to download the confirmation email. Team leader please download the confirmation email for your teammate as well.
|How do I fill out the Donor List for their receipt?|
|Please login the Personsal Blog, click “Doner List” button to the Doner List Form. Remarks: The total fundraising amount cannot exceed the amount of “confirmed donations”. The “confirmed donation” is the donation confirmed by the organizer, and the “unconfirmed donation” is the donation that needs to be confirmed by the organizer. It is generally confirmed within 1-2 working days after completing the online donation or bank entry.

|** Participants are encouraged to continue raising donation up-to Dec 31st 2020. The Fundraising Competition Award Ceremony will not be held. Please submit the sponsor list before Jan 10th 2021 and download the official donation receipts from the runner blog between Jan 20th to 30th Mar 2021. Team leaders shall download and distribute the receipts to fellow members.|
Before September 1, participants (team/individual) can update the information free of charge; but from September 1st to September 20th, the information will be charged at a fee of $100 per person. All are earmarked for student donations. Applications for data updates will not be accepted on or after September 21.
*The name of the team leader cannot be changed once registered.
