Race Awards

Trophy：The first three winners of each race category will be awarded with trophy.

Finisher Medals：Participants completing the race within time limit will be given finisher medals

Merit Pins：Participants finishing within the following times will be awarded merit pins

Certificates

Individual categories：Participants completing the race within the time limit can download the certificate of participation online with participant’s name and finish time;
Team categories：Teams where all members complete the race within the time limit can download the certificate of participation online with participants’ names and team finish time (the completion time of the last team member will be used as the team time);
Paper certificates may be requested and printed at finish point for $20 each. All proceeds will go for donation purposes.

For individual participants or teams with any member not completing the race within the time limit or quitting without reaching the finish point, they can download the certificate of appreciation online with participant’s name. Participants may also request to have certificate of appreciation printed at finishing point for $20 each. All proceeds will go for donation purposes.

Note:

Trophies will be presented on stage during award presentation timeslots at the finish point on race day. Participants can get their finisher medals and paper certificates (on request) at the finish point.
If for any reason results cannot be announced on race day, the Organizer will announce the result within 2 weeks after the race via official website. Winners will be contacted by the Organizer for award collection.

Fundraising Awards / Corporate Participation Awards

To encourage participants continue to support the education development in rural area by raising money after the event, Fundraising Awards will be offered to those who raised funds over certain amounts by 30th November 2020. Awards will include 4 categories and fundraising in each category reaching amounts listed below will be given trophy and souvenirs.

To encourage participation from different sectors, Brilliant Participation Award will be given to corporates reaching the following number of participants (pease specify corporate name during registration): Gold (40+ persons), Silver (20+ persons), Bronze (10+ persons)

Highest Fundraising Award (Individual only) is awarded a trophy and gift from sponsor. Should there be more than one person having the same highest amount, a draw will be conducted by the organizing committee to decide the awardee.
A Corporate Highest Fundraising Award is established and corporate(s) must raise over $200,000 in total before they are eligible to compete for the award.

Winner list of the award will be announced via official website in December 2020. Winners will be invited to attend award presentation ceremony (tentatively in January 2021).
