CH12｜Adverse Weather or Extreme Conditions Arrangments
A. At 06:00 a.m. on the race day
- Typhoo Signal No. 1 or Amber rainstorm warning: event will proceed as planned
- Typhoon Signal No. 3 or above, Red or Black rainstorm warning, or Extreme Conditions Announcement: event will be cancelled and an announcement will be made on the event Facebook page and SMS will be sent to notify participants.
B. During the Event:
- Typhoo Signal No. 1 or Amber rainstorm warning: event will continue as planned
- Typhoon Signal No. 3 or above, Red or Black rainstorm warning, or Extreme Conditions Announcement: event will be terminated immediately and an announcement will be made on the event Facebook page and notify participants who are still on course at check points and SMS will be sent to notify participants.
